  • To provide an overview on current and potential applications of innovative food processing technologies currently being utilised or with potential uptake by the food industry in Australia and around the world
  • To show and demonstrate the use of some novel and conventional food processing technologies currently available at CSIRO’s Food Processing Centre

Target audience:

  • Agri-food industry personnel with responsibility for evaluating and decision-making on new processing technology opportunities
  • Research scientists, practitioners and graduate students requiring a basic technical and industrial introduction to new food processing related R&D activities.
  • Government, industry, granting bodies and policy makers requiring a broader appreciation of new technologies and their applications
